The GBF Program offers a supportive and inclusive introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for women, focusing on core techniques while building confidence and preparing students to progress into more advanced classes like GB1, GB2, and GB3.

Led by certified instructors, GBF provides a structured and positive environment that encourages women to challenge themselves physically and mentally. It's more than self-defence, it's a path to personal growth, resilience, and community.
